What equipment is included with studio rental?

Our 2,500 sq ft studio features 18 ft ceilings, a full cyclorama wall, Profoto and Arri lighting equipment, and ample space for creative productions. Additional equipment can be arranged upon request.
Do you offer photography services or just studio rental?

We offer both! You can rent the studio for your own shoots ($100/hr) or book our professional photography services for portraits, events, headshots, and full-day productions.
What's your cancellation policy for studio bookings?

Cancellations 48+ hours before your booking receive a full refund. 24-48 hours: 50% refund. Less than 24 hours: no refund.
How far in advance should I book a photo session?

For standard sessions, we recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance. For weddings and large events, booking 2-3 months ahead ensures availability. However, we often accommodate last-minute bookings when possible.
Where is your Airbnb property located?

Our modern townhouse is located in Metro on Main, Morton Grove, IL. It's a 5-minute walk to the Morton Grove Metra station and approximately 20 minutes from O'Hare Airport.
How many guests can the property accommodate?

The private room sleeps up to 2 guests comfortably. It's perfect for solo travelers, couples, or business professionals.
What amenities are included?

Fast Wi-Fi, comfortable bed with fresh linens, heating & A/C, keyless entry, shared common areas, and access to a newly built modern home with 800 thread count bedding.
Is parking available?

Yes! Free parking is available right in front of the townhouse. There's always plenty of street parking in the Metro on Main community.
What's the check-in process?

Check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is before 11:00 AM. We use keyless entry for your convenience - you'll receive a code before arrival. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request.

We offer curtain/blind installation, furniture assembly, smart home installation, TV mounting, electrical fixture replacement, and general home maintenance. Rates range from $65-$90/hr.
Do you offer flat rates or hourly rates?

We offer both! Most services have an hourly rate and a flat-rate option depending on the scope of work. TV mounting, for example, is flat-rate only ($120-$250).
Are you licensed and insured?

What's your cancellation policy for handyman services?

Cancellations 24+ hours before your appointment have no fee. Same-day cancellations may incur a $50 cancellation fee.
